Subsidized Training Programmes

JASTECA offers scholarships on varied topics in Management and Technical spheres from Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnership (AOTS) of Japan, to Sri Lankans from both public and private sectors. The major part of the scholarships are subsidized by AOTS leaving only about 25 to 40% of the total expenses to be borne by the scholarship recipient’s employer. Management Training is implemented in AOTS Training centres in Japan. Top Managers, Middle Managers as well as Engineers and Technical Managers from developing countries are invited to Japan to acquire skills and techniques in the field of business or factory management through understanding management concepts and observing real examples of their practice.
