JASTECA facilitates AOTS sponsored scholarship programs in Japan.
Scholarship programs in Japan include Technical Training where participants learn about outstanding Japanese manufacturing and Service Technology skills and management training where participants learn about business management, factory management, environment technologies, industrial infrastructure etc. over a short two-week period.
Technical Training begins with Introductory Training named a "General Orientation Course" where participants learn about the language, culture and society of Japan, as well as take part in site visits. Training programs in Japan are aimed at making participants to change the way they think with greater awareness, by having them to witness firsthand the superior technology and know how that Japan possesses. Participants also deepen their understanding of Japanese culture and the way Japanese people think through their life in Japan. This is ideal for building up core human resources in foreign companies, Factory visits to Toyota.
AOTS Training Programmes are conducted in three main training centers with all required facilities.
TKC – Tokyo Kenshu Center – TOKYO
KKC – Kansai Kenshu Center -OSAKA
CKC- Chubu Kenshu Centre – NAGOYA
