ARI is one of the three sub divisions of the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnership (AOTS). The other two are AOTS Scholarship Training Programs division and the New Global Cooperation division (NGC) conducting fully funded programmes.
HRI was founded in April 2013 with the objective of promoting economic/technical/commercial exchange as well as friendly relations between developing countries and Japan.
The services offered by ARI are three fold
The Need for ARI
Recent technology-based globalisation has accelerated the flow of people, goods, money, information, technologies, companies etc.
However, human-nature-based cultural differences and language become the most crucial factors acting as invisible barriers that hinder the crisscrossing flows of interaction in the global community.
ARI will strive to minimise such barriers as much as possible, so as to further speed up the economic growth of developing countries and global understanding which is essential for world peace and well-balanced sustainable development.
With this end in mind, ARI has launched a self-financed scheme known as “The Global Interface Japan” in cooperation with AOTS Alumni Associations around the world.
ARI provides unique and firsthand-based services in collaboration with the 71 alumni societies’ network in 43 countries, and also in alliance with Japanese media group and Market Research Company.
